Well, i hadn't been in a race or really wanted to since i got beat by the inegra in my other post. I was out on Holloween night with some friends and one of them brought his mid 90's (?) 240SX 5spd with custom exhaust, suspension mods and custom CAI. His exhaust is extremely loud for all he has done to it, i guess thats why he got pulled over for it earlier that day. Anyway, we were heading down to the local godfathers for pizza. We hit a light when he pulled up next to me and reved his engine, i just waited for the light to turn green. As soon as it turned green my tires spun a little and he started to pull away (about a half car length) but as soon as i got my traction back i pulled to 2 car lengths then about 5 when i shut it down at 70MPH.
Feels good to get another win for the bird after loosing to that darn integra! Oh well you gotta give him props for makin that thing quick.

 

I've always loved the L98, it's a torque beast. BTW if it makes you feel better I smoked a 94 integra type R with a supercharger.

Actually my engine isn't an L98. My car used to have the LB9 305 when my cousin had it but it siezed up (never changed oil in it) so i put in a newer rebuilt 350 with the mild cam (268* comp cam) and the old TPI set up with 21lb injectors and the other mods in the sig. The only other thing i have done was had a 10bolt 3.73 with richmond gears and an eaton posi installed when the 9bolt 2.77 broken posi went out.
BTW nice kill on the Integra!
