Silly import

So I'm cruising in Houston, just got back from the track where I had ran a 12.8 @ 110, cut out still open. I pull up at a light next to a white 240SX with fart can exhaust, looks like no other mods. I leave the light like he's not even there, just minding my own business. About 100 yds later, he pulls up next to me. I just glance over to see what car it is, notice its him, then here him give me a rev. So I oblige him with a quick go. He jumps me, I let him get about a length ahead, slam it into second, pass him like he's not even there, shift into 3rd, then slow back down. We catch 2 more lights, and 2 more times he tries me. The second time I don't do anything, just let him show off for his girl friend or whoever was in the passenger seat. At the third light, I'd had enough. Light turns green, I drive it off the line, I hear him revving at the light, he jumps a length, then I roll into it, passing him in as I shift into second. As I reach the middle of second, I glance in the mirror and see him far behind, so I shift into 4th and resume cruising. A few lights later he ends up beside me again and asks me, "Hey man, is that an auto?" "Uh, no." "Its quick man." "Yeah thanks." I figured I'd embarassed him enough as it was in front of his girl, didn't feel the need to add more to it by telling him he was an idiot and his car was slow. Oh well, still had a fun night after that.
