as long as you dont stop very fast (read "crash into somthing") you dont die.

btw, i worked in a rual fire department from the time i was 15 until i was 18 (i moved away then)

ive seen much much worse.

heres my OPINION

I think it was staged, I can't answer how or why but with the special effects and computer technology avalible today anything is possible. also where is all the fluids? why didn't the airbag deploy? if it is real I am sorry but I find it hard to belive.
