so my brother is out cruising in this 2000 t/a, (cam only, no head work, all bolt ons, 1 7/8 headers,3 1/2 in duals, 3100lbs, .620 lift 250-560 dur 113 lsa cam, direct port nex,th400 2600rpm converter;because of the n2o,3.55 gears) and comes across a r6 and a r1 at taco cabana. he gives a little rev at the bikes and they laugh. so he backs up and he asks them if they have ever been beaten by a street car. the guy on the r1 says that no street car can beat him. so my brother tells him that is about to change. they go to the freeway and run from about 50mph. the r1 starts out in third gear(a mistake; he could have been in second) my brother pulls about 3 car lengths on him and holds it till about 150mph and they both let out. they meet back at the taco cabana and the guy on the r1 is amazed at a street car that runs on pump gas just beat his 9 sec bike. dont mess with texas.....
