Not all cavaliers are slow when compairing them to 305 cars.
The new Cobalt SS and Redline would work over any stock 305 3rd gen minus a T5 G92 car. I don't have to mention the SRT4's either.
New cars (minus a few exceptions), regardless of their powerplant, aren't really threatened by old 3rd gens.

Either way, good show. Almost as good at 305's doing donuts.

And I will gladly stick by my side, and say saying stupid things... is worse. But hey, the people who say stupid things have to back their side up as well... so nice work, you tried!

Ya, technology has come a long way. I have a motor trend mag from 2002. They tested supercars and compared the numbers to the "average car". They said in 02 the avg car ran 15.6@90. Well back in the 80's the average car would run around 16.7 i would think. I still have the article if anyone wants to see it....its pretty interesting. So now in 2006 as technology gets better the average car probably runs 15.5's or better i would think. So most new cars on the road today should not be worried about 305 cars. Though 87-92 L98 cars can still hold there own
Here you go

I find it REALLY hard to believe that the average car today runs a 15.7, maybe it's because I'm at altitude.
You might think it's all fun and games to joke around and act like middle school drop out hicks, but what it boils down to is that it still encourages people to be retarded. You have to understand that the internet is full of young, impressionable, and absolutely f|_|cking retarded kids. Even though I'm sure most people are joking, I personally like to nip internet rumors and attitudes in the bud asap. I'll stick by 25thMustangs side.
P.S. I just got a real job out of college and will be making like 6 times what I was scrapeing by with. So it won't long until I start building up another sleeper.
