His car is considerably faster than yours. You would have a 3.4 gutless wonder while his 3800 3.8 actaully makes his car respectfully fast for what it is.

Agreed. The 3.8 cars aren't that bad and can run with any stock LG4/LO3 car.

Re: V6?????

I'll take a guess of the top of my head and say that you're probably looking at 17's in the 3.4 and high 15's out of the 3.8.

IIRC the 3.8 makes 200hp and 225ft lb. while the 3.4 makes 160 hp? I don't remember but it wouldn't be close.

Re: V6?????

my dad had a 94 buick regal gs with a 3.8 and when we drove around i talked him into racing at red lights, we probly raced over 15 times, not losing any, exept to a pos ford ranger but the only reason we lost is because he cut in front of us, be after we caught up with him on the freway he wanted to race again, we blew him away, its probly the best 6cylinder

Re: V6?????

Put a 75 shot of nitrous on your car and run with him. The FWD 3400 top end swaps also wake up the 3.4's alot but I have no clue what all's involved with that. Probably alot seeing as how they're OHC and I don't believe yours is.
