Okay the last 2 weekend me and my buddies went for some cruises.

Last weekend I ran my buddies GN ( he ran 11.90@119mph braking at the 1000 mark) last year.

Race one we launch spun in 1st a bit got him by about 5 cars (he is on street tires)
Race two he spun like mad (video shows) I shut her down after before shifting to 3rd since i have like 7-10 cars on him.

Yesterday we went out.

So we come to a light and its...

My buddy on the left (99SS patroit heads, comp .605/.610 cam, 1 3/4 long tubes, ls6 intake 440RWHP)
2004 Cobra vert (mods unkown)
then me on the right.

Light turns and basically after 1st gear there was no more cobra (not sure how far back he was) and me and my buddy side by side (i had maybe a fender) then his tranny didnt like 2nd gear.

So later on I line up with the 99ss.
We both warmed up at MTs launch and we are side by side. he shifts to 3rd i pull a fender on him then mine bounced the rev limiter at 7000RPM (so i let off)

We lined up again after letting my trans and motor cool.

Launch and got about 1 - 2 cars total on him.
