RS v.s. Skyline and BMW
On my way into my old town after moving back to long island from florida, I caught a glimpse of what i thought was just a 240 in my rear view. Well after it got next to me i realized it was a skyline, around 96ish model, right hand drive and all. So after some driving i arm my nitrous and get up next to him and down shift. I hear him downshift and i just nail it. He destroyed me...i let off after he put about 4 cars on me haha. Car sounded and looked great, i gave him the thumbs up and he gave me a "good run" arm gesture. A BMW then wanted to play and i beat him by about 3 cars. Made me feel alittle better after that race. All and all it was a nice welcome home present. Hopefully i will catch the skyline again with 150 shot ready to go...should fair alittle better though i still expect to lose ha.

Damn, i have never seen a GTR in person, i would like to run one from a roll. The new motor is stout as hell so it would be a good race with one with a few mods.

1996ish Skyline? Prolly a R33, which are my favorites. Drove a few of them while in Japan including a co-workers 650whp beast. Nice cars!

lol i dunno even with spray you could be in for some trouble.. depnds on what he had.. ppl dont get that in japan the skyline had an "economy) modle equiped with just an sr20det (almost uidentical to a 240sx motor with a turbo) if he had the top of the line r33 it was using an rb25 (or 26 depending on year) and the car was pushing over 320 horse (they make supras look slow)

The only Skyline (89 and up) that had a 4 cylinder was the R32. And it was the CA18 motor. Since he said it was the R33, they just had different variations of the RB25 available.
Why would you try to race a Skyline in a slow Camaro?
