I am in the process of replacing my xe268h for a xe284h. and my 670 holley street avenger with a demon 650 street demon (chokeless slotted venturies) my heads are 210cc runners (hence my upping the cam) 64cc chambers (heart shaped) other than that the engine will remain the same i have my street fire msd set to 6500 max rev. also just to keep ppl on track i am woking on the bird from my sig. ill be using a belt drive (christmas provided me with this early) i can muster a low 12 with little spin in first and hooked the rest of the way (at colorado altitude) as of the build now.. i wanted to know two things anyone know what i can push with the new carb and cam set up and can i put a friend with a new challenger (headers full magnaflow CAI and a tune) into the ground or am i out of my legue there

 

is it a 5.7 hemi car or a srt8 6.1 car?

 

you should be able to do that as you sit now. i know bolt-on challengers, srt8 or not...ARE NOT low 12 cars. i have a 99 ws6 that's basically stock and i pulled 3 cars on an srt8 challenger to the top of 3rd, the faster we went the worse it got. not to mention i had a car to make up from spinning away 1st gear.

 

he has an srt8 special order 6 speed. when he had it tuned it was also dynoed at 421 @5300 and above 400 for torque (i forgot exact number but i read his sheet after he had it done) and thats dynoed so obviously at the wheels... im not exact on what else was special order on the car (hmm maybe i should have said that in the origional post sorry) but he dumped 63k on it witch is far above the 42 base srt8 price... anyway any car runnin over 400 wheel power sure as hell isnt slower than 13 seconds i am sure of this.

 

they r 4klb cars tho i do beleiove so i still call bs on a low 12, and you should be high 11s or 12 flat with those mods

 

They run low 14s stock. flaming-ford is right they are pigs too. You should destroy him, if not you are banned.
