we went from a dig and i laid the smack down.

however from rolls he beat me. i did beat him on a 10 roll but anything higher he had me.

my car was built for diging and his for rolls. it was lots of fun though

how do you build a car for a roll? put a stock rearend and stock suspension in it?

 

his car is lowered no drag suspension. stock 10 bolt even though i have a stock 10 bolt. his car is manual too. But yes vid was taken in both cars. hes making a dvd actually so i believe our whole scene will be opening scene.

yes we both sprayed. my 100 shot vs his 150. at least thats what he said he was running

Your car seems pretty stout! Watching those videos makes me realize what a slow piece of poo my car is, hehe. Hopefully that will change this spring.

I'm trying to figure out how a car with 400rwhp (give or take a lil) N/A with a 100 shot "laid the smack down" on another car with 508 horsepower and sprayed a 150 shot. Unless the 508 horsepower was at the flywheel (without the spray of course) ???

Well if he was stupid enough to run you on straight up street tires and suspension then yeah....he's stupid

its not all about hp... gearing, weight, and driver all play in as BIG BIG factors.

 

yeah but the other guy had 150 ponies more....thats like a stock 350 third vs a ls1 with nitrous..... i dunno but in the video thirdgen won so good job

 

you can gear a car down to rape another car in the 1/4 mile..... have a lot less hp but still win by gearing and weight.....

 

Yeah..build a car for rolls WTF...its all in the driver Power to weigh, rear end gears, DRIVER,,lots of factorys to play in

 

building cars for roll racing is lame. 508whp with a 150 shot on top of that should easily trap 135-140 even in a "full weight" 4th gen car. if you're *hoping for mid-10s in a hooking car you're looking at 130mph TOPS. that car should've destroyed you from a roll and not been too awfully far behind from a dig.

for every 10 guys using a t56, there is one of them that can drive it. but i don't mind much as it's always in my favor because i'm an auto guy (until i can afford to properly setup a stick car anyway). nice kills.

 

yea just watching a couple of his videos, that car is a beast.

i dont think he built the car for rolls lol he just still haves a stock 10bolt(a hard dig and it goes BOOOM)
