should i put a 3.4 in it or find another 3.1 to put in it?

is a 3.8 an option. not looking to put a v8 it will cost too much. (oh and i already have a brand new tranny)
...almost a 2yr old thread and this is the street racing section, not engine swap/tech.

Re: 91 WS6 vs. 94 3.4L Camaro

tell your brother he should be embarrassed to be driving a V6 Camaro... that is what girls get as a gift for their 16th birthday... with all do respect.

Seriosly though, what options does your Firebird have? Do you have the RPO sticker in you center console? That will tell you every option your car came with. And if it is decent running condition, and came with a decent rear gear ratio (like GU5 3.23's or GU6 3.42's) you shouldn't have any problem with your sister's car...LOL!!!

Better yet, if you have the G92 option or N10 option, or other performance codes like that, you should run away from him. Your car should be a bit lighter, and certainly has tons more torque.

which codes do you have on your RPO sticker? GU4, GU5, or GU6?
