New mustangs...
This topic is probably played out to death on this board, but what does it take to beat new 5.0 and 4.6 mustangs. i really wanna smoke one of those guys that drives around in his stang' thinkin he's the shiat. my specs will be 82 berlinetta, no emmissions, real dual exhaust, 340 hp 350 (aprox. it was desktop dynoed higher but i dont trust it). i will also have a th350 with a shift kit if that helps. thanks guys
I think wiht those #s stock 5.0s should be toast,as long as it isn't a cobra then you should be fine and if its not a 4.6 that is modded to hell, stock 4.6 and 5.0s will be toast with your set up.

no mods per say. mods are for people who are happy with what they have and wanna make it better. i hate my emmissions, carbed 305. i am putting in a 350 with vortec heads, headers, holley 600 carb, performer rpm manifold, NO emmissions, no cat, no a/c equipment, open element air cleaner, 10:1 compression summit rebuild, real dual exhaust with flowmasters, a mild cam (265 has been suggested?), i know i am forgetting stuff but those are the basics. a friend desktop dynoed it at 365 horsepower and 388 foot pounds of torque, but i think those programs overrate your car, and i would rather be underrated than overrated anyday...
