How much would this help?
How much would this help?
Im getting my TES TPI headers, 3" catco cat, and custom catback installed in a two weeks. And I wondering if this would be enough to beat a friend's 86 Mustang GT(auto). We have raced many times before and I always jump on him through 2nd then he just walks away from me and beats me like by car and a half.
Would my mods be enough to show him my tail lights now??
Thanks

it should help a little but your main problem is the LO3...the actual TBI will flow decent top end but its the heads and cam that suck at high RPM's....again it will help..but he'll probably still pull on you top end...

I agree, it'll take more than that to beat a stang, speaking from experience. Some of my freinds have them, and i've never even bothered racing them cause they're so much faster than my car its not even funny. Not that i would even call mine fast...
