I watch rhe race most every weekend at my parents, kinda family get together. Anyway, I'm coming home and pull up to a red light. I'm in the right lane cuz' I have to make a right turn about 1/4 mile ahead. Well some dork in a Taurus, like a '98 or 99 is on the inside of the left hand turn. He thought he could beat me then jump in front like a bunghole,not! We both go around the corner and I can hear him get on it trying to beat me, but I just slowly lay into it and keep even, letting the tranny shift itself at like 3 grand. I just kinda laughed at the dude and my wife asked what was going on, didn't evenrealize I was messing with this guy, I couldn't believe he thought he could beat me. Ironically I work for a Ford dealer turning wrenches, haha.
