Well as for that snap back after the drift. That is caused by me not re-steering fast enough. If you watch some of my other vids that my friend has on his camera. I come out of the drift smooth and clean. That clip was one of my ****ty ones believe it or not. Anyways heres some info on my car...
Not much mods done to my suspension yet. Soon I will be doing more suspension mods. Such as coil overs, after market sway bars, more bushings, adjustible pan hard rod, etc, etc.
I have done a small video mix with music, effects, etc. It kinda sucks...but if any of you want to see it. IM me at AKIRASPEEDSTAR and I'll send it over. I still cant find a free server that will let me have 8mb's of video space (YES ITS 8mb and only 45seconds) If you want to see it IM me k den

just outta curiosity....
was the road wet??????
or was it a kinda soft pavement...
cos in soft pavement (like more black in color)
tires dont hold that good....
nice car control though... but not enough of oversteer..

Nope...
atcually the roads are completly dry. I hate when the ground is wet and only drift on dry ground. I have no idea if the road is soft or not I just know its a road. Dont think I can only do that turn. I have gone to drifting events at tracks, mounatins, etc. In that turn I broke the back end out before the turn started. Meaning before the turn even began to turn I was already sliding. In which I do at many turns. I didnt do your average powerslides as seen in "Worlds Wildest F bodies" where the drivers only powerslided turns. I break out the back end before the turn and sliding through out it. I have more footage and hopefully my friend will upload them soon so I can post them up. I have pictures also but right now my server that I use is down so when it comes back up Ill post them up.

What happened was I was driving home one night in the pouring rain. Yet my stupid *** was speeding. I was going around a bend on the freeway and the back end suddenly slid out. I countersteered and then the back end suddenly whipped the other way and at 80mph trying to control a slide in the pouring rain is very hard. So I ended up slamming into a big freeway exit sign.
I was gigon to fix it this month but my transmission went. So now i have to fix that first. After that then I have to start saving again.

I used to drift with BFG Comp T/A Z Rated tires...but that got to damn expensive! haha...burning those tires arent a nice thing to do. Then I used some Goodyear Z rated tires and again to expensive. So now I just use crap tires. If you go to this link and watch this video this drift was done on Comp T/A Z rated tires.

89camaroRSV6 - Yea I have the LO3 motor in my car. But its modified also. yea its possible to drift a V6 model. In a way it will be better...although there is less power...there is better weight balance and also you car is probably alot lighter than mines. So for you since you have the V6 you'd probably have to come at higher speeds and also have to hit alot more gas than me. So that you keep the tires spinning. It is possible HAVE FUN!!!

O_o? wha? what you talking about man? I just wactched my video again and the tires were screaming like crazy. Or are you talking about the drift that was done up in the mountains. Although both of them are making noise. Anyways...you cant ask me. O_o

I used to be able to kick out my back end really hard when I had my bald Michelin Pilot XGTs, but with the new tires, it's alot harder for me to surf corners...
