that engine weems to be very peaky for a V-8, only 500rpm between peak hp and tq?? also with 518hp and $135,000 invested, shouln't he be going faster than 11s? I don't know thats why i'm asking, it just seems that i've heard of pleanty of others going faster on a lower budget.

Sorry, I don't know what happened to my post on the appearance board for my sig to work, so I'm going to post a pic here and use it's url. It worked 10 mins ago, why not now, I just did it thru webshots, worked for 5 mins and now it doesn't.

That does seem to be quite a bit of money for an 11 second car. I realize it has all the comforts of home, but for the price I would expect 10s at least. I've actually seen an 8 second car built on $75,000, and was street legal, show quality.

It's still a great car, but the paint isn't working for me.
