Trans Am vs. Tunderbird(modded)

I was one my home one night when a blue Thunderbird came up to my speed. it was some mexican dudes who had it with good paint and a loud exhast ..i could tell it was a stick...n e ways the light went green and i gto him by a couple cars lengths...pretty sad...considering my car is an LG4.........

I was in my moms dakota quad cab 5.2 and raced my work buddie in his 94 bird 5.0, believe it or not we stayed neckand neck until we hit 80 then i pulled half a car on him by the way that truck ran 16.12@83 at the strip

The Tbirds weren't really fast, but watch out for the SHO Tauruses. Those things can hit 14s in stock form!!!

hey black85transam, you said in your post you have the LG4, but in your sig you claim to have the 305 HO (which would be option code L69, not LG4). so which is it?

no, not yet. im fixing my vette right now, and when thats done im gonna take both cars back to the track for some new times. they have a dyno at Cecil County dragway now, and i want to get some rwhp numbers from the vette before and after i siamese the base manifold. when i get some new #s ill let you know. im guessing low 16s from the LG4
