Whoo Hoo, I finally sold my GSXR ,So now I get to do some Mod's,Not many 'cause I still haven't been called back to work, So I have to "act" grownup and use most of the cash I got For the "mature" thing (Bill's,Mortgage,food etc). But I did order a set of Taylor wires,msd cap and roter and I can use my C.T money to buy a k&n filter(on sale this week) so that I can finally build my fresh air intake. It's not much but it's a start ...............SR oop's I almost forgot I also ordered a Jamex Strut tower bar (it's been bugging me that I didn't get in on the e-bay auction)

 

we all have to start somewhere. now that i am done school for the sumemr and working again i will soon be able to do some more mods too. good luck with your projects.

 

Yup...unfortunately bills and mortgage have to come first...I definately hear you on that.

 

so i went down to Canadian Tire today and all the performance mufflers are 20% off. i picked up one Hooker Aerochamber and ordered another. they are only 79.99 each right now (not sure what the direct fit, single inlet, dual outlet muffler for our car is). once i get the 2nd one i can get my dual exhaust system installed. i have been quoted 140 each for these mufflers from one speed shop, so 80 bucks is a great deal. i think the sale ends tonight. but i am not sure.

 

I installed the wires,roter and cap today (pita) and all I can say is am I ever glad I don't have A/C,considering how hard the plug's are to get at without it I can't imagine what it's like with air.(p.s remind me how glad I am the first 90 degree day )
And wonder of wonder's, today after three year's of trying my Motorhome sold ,so now I think I can buy a few more part's(Honest Honey those part's need to be replaced )I'm going to order a new MSD replacement coil and i might take a look at the Hooker Aerochamber w/dual 3" tailpipes(thank's darbleinad) and see how much it's worth.Has anyone got this muffler?? How's it sound??.........SR
