Ok I have had all I can take... There was a guy on here that is friends with this guy...And he got me a set of Mac Subframe connectors...So i told him to ship them to me....this was back in the MIddle of May!! Everytime I called him he had some excuse...
and that he was shipping them right now.. BLAH BLAH... I called him last week and he said that i should have them buy Friday of last week... Well guess what...NO SHOW So I am telling everyone out there don't deal with this guy... HE'S Garbage! If I get them sometime this week It will be a miracle... If not I am looking otherways (already) and going to ship them back to him to shove up his A$$...

That sucks. Some shops can be retarded, but the best way to deal with them is exactly what your doing, post your experience on the net. Anyone who reads this and lives in the GTA will think twice before dealing with these clowns.

 

I've tried Rudy Held in New Hamburg and K & K in Stratford. They were both honest enough to tell me that MAC only builds them 3-4 times a year several dozen at a time and if you don't catch them at the right time you miss till next build.

Does that sound screwed up or what ? I have been trying to get the factory phone number to call direct but have had no success.

Ya i know what you mean....... Ive dealt with the guy a LOT!!!!!!! of timesd but had no bad experiances. Only a couple of orders were late but not by much. You have to understand, the carriers and the company that makes them sometimes bull**** there wway through life and bringh small performance shops with them. I will email him personally and see what he says to me and ill post. I don't think it is his problem, maybe MAC is screwing him around as di SLP. They did the same thing, ya its on its way blah blah blah. Chuck no longer deals with SLP due to there very crappy dooo dooo **** customer service. Calm down and well see what he says.

 

Ok i called him, and to be very nice about this, try not to flack anyone before you hear his side of the story. His email is chuck@racewindsor.com and give him your REAL address for he has sent them to you twice.... but were returned for the wrong address. email him and see what he wants to do...thasnks

 

aircraft parts people do it all the time. make only enough for a small stock and then build when orders start to back up. its the way of the future. less stock= less over head. it tends to be done only on parts that are not high demand.

 

Ok I sent him my Address again! First time he said he had the wrong address back in May! they sent them back to him... He said that he had the right address but My Visa Expired so I gave him the expiry date!! he said he would ship them right away! I called him right back to verify the address and he told me don't worry about it he's got it right.. RIGHT!! WRONG!! 2 to 3 weeks later I called to see where they were and he had no excuse but he said he was shipping them right now!! well I see that never happend aswell!! Sooo I sent him my address through email (TODAY) so he can't screw it up.... So let the waiting begin!! again! I kow small buisness get the run around from other corporations... but my patience I find has been EXTREMELY TESTED!! I will let everyone know when and if I recieve them in the near future!
