wierdest thing, my headlight switch blew on me, the wouldn't pop up when the switch was pressed luckily i had an extra switch on hand and put it in and works fine, now after driving for around 10 minutes with the lights on, the go out for 20 secounds (headlights only fog lights stay on) and then come back on, anyone have any ideas?

sorry..........they go out for the first 10 minutes of driving for 20 secounds thats it, it doesn't repeat that process again until the car has had time to cool off (parked).

 

Just a thought, but it could be a relay or maybe you have a short or broken wire somewhere.
