I want a new induction system to replace my L-98 on a '91 350TPI
I have narrowed it down to (2) candidates, Lingenfelter SuperRam & Holley Stealth Ram. I am torn at the price point difference between both systems. The Lingenfelter would be approx 1260US for base manifold & upper plenum/runner combo & the Holley comes in at about 600US for tunnel ram, base is polished. I truly believe the Lingenfelter is a better system as it is not a tunnel ram & does have increased air flow, but at twice the price is it worth it. I don't mind spending the extra money, but I need to know that in fact, it is worth it. If anyone out there can give me some insight into this, I would greatly appreciate it.

when thinking it over also keep in mind the stealth ram may not fit under your hood and the $600us for the polished one only gets you the intake you will still need the $200us fuel rail as well
with a new hood, paint, intake and fuel rail the price will tend to come out the same or maybe even more.
also keep in mind that the holley has no EGR valve or passages for an external one. so if it maters to you. you will not be emmisions friendly. you may pass the test but fail if they happen to notice the lack of EGR.
from what i have seen the holley seems to be easyer to install with less gaskets and bolts
i have not heard too many people talk about how easy the SR was to install
personaly if it was me i would go with the stealth because
1.the cost if you get a unpolished one.
2.install seems to be less of a hassel (based only on what other people have told me about their install)
3. i like the look of the holley better
4. i am not convinced the superram is the better intake.

IMHO, the HSR is a better intake if you're looking for the best ET. But I think a SR would provide for more street fun. Given the choice, which I wasn't at the time, i'd get the HSR. Also, the HSR is not emmisions legal if that's a consideration.
