Weight jacks have a few purposes. They allow you to set ride height at any corner they are installed at which also allows you to set corner weights, crossweights, roll centre and probably a couple other thigns I've forgotten. Basically this allows you to tune your suspension for any track or just raise and lower your car to whatever height you prefer. Here's the pics of the ones I have...

Rear weight jack installed(on PFlyer's car)

Front weight jack by itself

Front weight jack with spring beside WS6 spring(note the red spring is a 850lb eibach race spring thats 9.5" tall or about a 2" drop spring)

And finally installed in the front

Notice the weight jack is on top of the spring. You use a 1/2" socket to rotate the threaded rod which raises and lowers your car.

A bumpsteer(not bumpstop) kit is used to fix steering geometry problems that occur with large drops in ride height. Basically your outer tie-rod should point down towards the spindle throughoutt its travel otherwise it has negative effects on your camber and toe settings which should always be the same. The bumpsteer kit replaces your outer tie-rods. The ones from Baer Tracker are slightly shorter and have a spacer to keep the tie-rod in proper geometry.

Here's a pic of one installed on AGood2.8's car.

I'm not completely clear on bumpsteer so dont quote me on all this but i think this is the general idea of it all.

I have mentioned weight scales in a few threads. Weight scales are the only way you can properly setup your car when you have weight jacks. Thats how you adjust front/rear weight ratios, crossweights, roll-centre etc...
