Hey guys, I saw this today..

http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...hreadid=246297

...and thought it was pretty interesting. In the end it linked to these articles about octane boosting:

http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/misc/octanebooster.html

Anyone ever try this personally?

Hey Acceld, it recommends no more than 10% isopropyl alcohol...didn't you go like 50% or something??

Correction:$5 of 87 octane and 6 bottles of Isopropyl.

So Neil's assumption of 50/50 is quite accurate, but hey it worked.
