Drive up to Toronto, buy a couple of cases of beer and we should be able to get a crew together to put them on in an afternoon.

At least there is a bit of room under the hood of a third gen. LT1 4th gens are the hardest for header install I have ever experenced.

What did you buy for headers and do you need to fab up a y pipe or do you have a bolt on?

i got the same set of headers.

its not too hard of a job. if you have a stock cat it all should bolt up. be sure to get a good set of bolts and not the ones that come in the kit. they just keep coming lose.

have you tryed rudys in new hamburg?

just basic tools, jack, and jack stands, a good wratchet and wrench set, and patience.

The one reccomendation i have to make to you is to change your spark plugs while you are doing this swap(even if you have a shop do it) Spark plugs will become a pain to do after you put the headers on.
