Hey, i was wonderin if any of you knew a place in the GTA where ppl brought their cars and went to chill and whatnot, like a meeting ground for lack of a better phrase. not just F-body's but like everyone you know?

 

It's been a few years since a couple nightly spots in the Markham area became overridden with tuner cars, that's when many of the domestic car owners gave up on the scene here (especially with the police cars and choppers zoning in on everyone). We can thank the "Fast & the Furious" mentallity of the tuner car owners for killing it (the scene).

I don't know what the Woodbridge area (west) and the Oshawa / Pickering area (east) are like.

I guess if you go there with a camaro/firebird they'll go off on you. ah well. inst there some like camaro club or something in Toronto that meets on weekend during the spring/summer or something like that?

They have many events during the summer (shows, cruises, track and just hanging out together). Also there is a weekly car show at the queensway and 427. It is the Street Classics show. It runs every Saturday 5-9pm from May 10 to the end of Sept. ccfbg is there as well.

Theres a Tim Hortons in Scarborough at Progress and Kennedy by the 401 that, on some nights, have domestic cars. I've seen a couple 3rdgens, Chevelles, older muscle cars etc on Wednesday nights in the summer, sometimes on Saturday night too. Theres a guy on here named SinisterZ. He has a yellow IROC and he's usually there. I've only been there a few times with my old GTA but never with my Camaro. It's never worked long enough for me to go out and hang lol. Work also hinders me sometimes as I work nights...

Where abouts are you located in TO?

 

Near younge and Steeles. i'll definitely check out that 427/queensway place in the summer, my girlfriend lives not too far from there in missisauga. maybe sometime in the summer i'll check out that Scarborough place as well with a friend. sick.
