TFBA members, i need help........

I'm not a member of this organization but I was hoping that a member could direct me to a good Mechanic that knows these 3rd gen TPI motors. Does TFBA have approved garages that they recomend to members? I'm not looking for a discount, just someone who knows what the hell they are doing when diagnosing these tempramental powerplants(and who won't rape me financially), Four mechanics have looked at my car and nobody is sure what might be wrong with it.I'm about to blow my cork, summer is half over and I've barely used my car.

The best advice I have ever received has been from the members of this board. If I were you, I would post your symptoms in general tech.

If you're living in Bowmanville how far are you willing to go to get it fixed.

There's a shop in Toronto called Kane's Performance which is good. You might want to call them up. 416-466-0006

Two come to mind, they're performance shops, but I'm sure they may be able to help you out. Try High Tech Racing at (905)856-5858 (in Woodbridge) or Agostino Racing Engines (don't know the number). They are both reputable shops. If they are too far or too busy to help you, see if they can reccommend someone closer in your area.

Johnny Iroc, I have had this problem for 2 months now. I have replaced several sensors and have looked for vacuum leaks, I have posted my problem several times(usually after the latest sensor has not fixed the problem). I don't have alot of equipment(or knowledge of how to use it) to test all of the components that may or may not be causing this problem. I need someone who knows these powerplants and could point me in the right direction. I work in Toronto so going there to see a mechanic is not too much of a problem. Thanx
