What should I get first?

i have a 92 5sph 305 with so far free mods, mild cam, cat-back exhuast, forged pistons at a 10:1 compressions ration, and an airfoil. right now i'm running in the 14's and i want to be faster. i don't have a whole bunch of money so i have to buy one thing at a time, so what would be next for gaining maximum hp. i was thinking a performance manifold, mini-ram, headers, or runners. i was thinking about nitrous too, but should i build up the engine more? what would be the best thing to buy first and where can i get it? thanks

I'd go with headers to complete the exhaust first. The stock manifolds are pretty restrictive...

Id say headers too. Look around on the boards for used set. get 1 3/4 headers since you have 10:1 compression. after headers look into changing the runners and intake.

Headers would be #1 100%. Then #2 would be a New intake manifold, the new Holly Stealth Ram is the BEST bang for the buck out there as far as all the preliminary tests have shown. ~$500 for 63 more hp at 5200RPM and a 30hp increase in peak numbers is just unheard of! This new intake is almost too good to be true.

Without a doubt, though, the headers should get you into the very high 13's. The Holly Stealth Ram would get you somewhere in the mid 13's I would think.
