383 stroker ?
ok i was thinking about getting this for my daily driven 1991 z28 with 51,000 miles -- Lunati 383ci Stroker Engine Assemblies for Small Block Chevy w/ One Piece Rear Main Seal. (4.030 Bore) it comes with 6.000" Street RaceTM connecting rods are used along with Lunati 4032 forged pistons (20 cc dish), Racer Series plasma rings, alecular main and rod bearings. The kits are internally balanced. What else should i do to my car if i get this so it will work well. Do i need cylinder heads, cam, injectors, throttle body, intake base, runners, ported plenum, and custom burned chip. If i need cylinder heads/cam which ones should i get (heads need to work with slp headers).
heads/headers for sbc are generic, if they DONT work then something is seriously odd
I'd recommend some ProAction or AFR heads to really make that lunati short block scream. Then put either a stealth ram or an LT1 intake on top of it.

def. gow with it, I couldnt same enough good things bout mine except I am running ported stock heads with a stock 350 cam in mine for now so it runs like a slow 350 lol, but I am doing the LT1 intake in a the next few weeks and getting an LT4 hot cam round mid june. . . hopefully I will be able to get some good power out of it even with the stock heads. even as it is, I can spin all the way to 4000 in third gear doing burn outs :-). . . VERY torquey!
