Which is better?

I have a set of 305 TPI HO heads that came off of a 1990 IROC. Are these heads Better, Same, or Worse than the stock heads that are on my 1986 305 TPI Trans Am?

Certainly not worth the pains of a head swap, if they're different I doubt they're different by more than 5-10hp

THE HEADS ON THE 85 86 TPI 305 HO'S WERE THE BEST DO TO THE HIGHER COMPRESSION RATIO 9.5.1 COMPARED TO 9.3.1

Thanks for the info.. after reading your response and looking up some more info, it does turn out that the heads that i currently have on my car are better.
