Did a search but couldn't find anything.

How do you adjust your throttle cable so the throttle blades open completely when the accelerator is floored?

And by completely, I'm assuming they should be completely perpendicular to the throttle body opening.

do they really not open all the way when you floor it? thats interesting, i never thought to look.....anyone got any ideas???????????
