Switching to LT1 intake from carb

I just need some opinions from people who've done this before or longer then I have

Would a 58mm TB and #30lb injectors pretty much be required for running it on a 412 ? Should I go with a smaller cam ?

I'm switching back to FI because carbs just suck. I'm tired of always fixing it and tuning it to get it just right. At least with TPI (FI) I can go back to just taking the chip inside with me and comfortable sitting in my chair editing numbers and looking at graphs :P

Yeah I already did I'm going to get one from him. I'm sure he wont know what my combo will require, that's why I'm trying to get some opinions here from people that use minirams or stealthrams.

Well is the cam a roller, hydraulic roller, flat tappet what? If it's a solid roller, it'll be fine, hyrdraulic flat tappet or roller it may be a bit big for a street car. Solid flat tappet will be on the rowdy side for street car but probably doable. 30# injectors should theoretically be good up to a bit over 500 hp at stock fuel pressure, get an AFPR and you can go a bit higher. As far as the TB depends on what kind of power and rpm you want to turn. But having said that the price difference between a 52 and 58 is only like 10-20 bucks from summit, so I'd go with the 58.

blackened, whatever you find out let me know. I am considering it too. I'm not sure though. Do you have to have the A.I.R. system and smog equipment if you go to FI? I might be better off for right now going with the carb.

Nope. I removed mine a long time ago...
