ok so far my car has slp 1 3/4 headers, random tech. cats, and an air foil will that get me into the high 13's ? what other little non expensive things could i do to get mid or high 13's?

 

drive good, you shouldnt be to far off.

what gears, and how many miles ya got on it.

 

make sure the car is in good tune. plugs, wires etc. get high flow air filters and do all the free mods listed on the front page under the tech section. Drop the air pressure down in your back tires or better get some stickier tires. A good launch can mean a couple tenths at the end of the track.

Hopefully you have the Limited Slip(POSI) rear. that also has the better gears. Then you should be really close

You should be close with that. I am running 14.3 with stock manifolds and exhaust except for a Flowmaster muffler. I've done only a few of the free mods as of yet. Info is in the sig.

 

and if you really wanna get into the 13's do a little to your intake, get some SLP siamese Runners, and port the plenum, I had that done, with my ram air hooked up (did no "RAMMING" it was just an open element basically) also had edelbrock headers, Borla 3" Catback and Catco high flow cat....also had a JET chip, but they are worthless,

My best with that set up was a 13.56. I should be selling the runners and plenum in the next month. since i dont need them, but Im waiting untill the Lt1 is in and running before I sell.

EDIT: Funny part was, once I did my tranny work, and put in the 4th gen rear with 3.42's I lost almost a full second, cause with no real suspension work, and the power getting to the ground alot better, I could not Hook for SH**
