TBI stands for throttle body injection, I'm not an expert but I thought this was fuel injection. TPI stands for tuned port injection, and Im positive this is fuel injection.

TBI is fuel injection throttle body injection meaning the injectors are in the throttle body

Yup - TBI is the Carb's sister in fuel injection cause it sits right on top of the intake plenum - doesnt yield near as much power as TPI but it is much easier to tune so I hear.
