What is a TPS enhancer for? what does it do?
I was looking through the classifieds and saw one for sale, but I have never heard of such a thing.

A worthless piece of crap. Just a resistor network that changes the response curve of a TPS making it go WOT faster. It serves absolutely no useful purpose however, any gains are strictly imaginary or unscientific.
