Got car back with LT1 intake on my 305

I picked it up Wednesday night. It still needs some tuning. Its running a little rich. I put the old injectors back in tonight, Thursday, and that cured some of the richness. I put on a new set of plugs in and an MSD stock replacement coil.
So far my impressions:

Before: From a stop and flooring it, a little squeal from the tires and a firm shift into second with a bit of tire chirp.

After: Flooring it from a stop, burns tires through most, if not all of first and a some burning of the tires in second.

Before: A lot of Torquery feel.

After: Still a good amount of Torque feel but with the tires roasting, I can't really tell.

The LT1 cam and the Torquer heads seem like pretty good components for a 305. And of course the Intake.

Once again Tracey at Scott Racing and Performance did top notch work.
I'll have some new pics up soon.

Take it to the track! We'd rather see timeslips than pictures...we can't even tell that it's a 305 from looking at the pictures

Unfortunetly there's only 1 track open this weekend and I don';t think I'll be able to make it there to try it out. So it's probably gonna be spring time before I get it to the track.

Well, I don't think I am gonna make it to a track this season. Its running too rich still and the tranny cablt needs adjusted some more. I need to send the chip back and get reprogramed.
