I have a 91 RS 3.1 with a TPI, at lest i think thats what my brother said. But, back to the point. i need to know what i can do to it to give better HP and TQ and gas with out spending a lot of money say like $200 max for now tell i get out of deat.

 

If it's a 3.1 it's not TPI
