OK I'M SO CLOSE TO RIPPING THIS THING BACK OUT AND SELLING IT. As of right now, I will NEVER EVER buy another holley product. I'm thinking I should've bought the Edelbrock Performer intake, but coulda,shoulda woulda..

Anyway, this is my big problem. How the HELL do I get the throttle and transmission kickdown cables to connect? It seems even with the EGR removed and the spacer not on, I STILL can not get the kickdown to reach. Is there ANYTHING I can do?? The included bracket SUCKS, BIG TIME. The hole for the throttle is BACKWARDS to what it is on the stock bracket and yes I've tried moving it every possible way. Backwards?? Everything on this INTAKE is backwards! Most of the posts I read were complaints about the stock fuel lines, LEAST of my problems. I've got it bolted on already, re-routed the heater core lines and brake lines and I'm almost ready to go except for the throttle cable bracket.

I need help big time guys.. Hell if any of you are in the Tampa Bay area, I'd be willing to pay one of you to come to my house and share your ideas on how you put this thing on! This is my daily driver and I HAVE to get it fixed for school on Tuesday.

what holley intake are you talking about? the stealth ram? if you are talking about swapping from the TBI in your sig to a stealth ram you are probably going to have to get TPI throttle and kickdown cables

 

MODS: Move this to TBI. He's trying to install a Holley TBI manifold. And he's never going to get a response in here.
