single plane fuel injection????

single plane fuel injection i heard a guy talk about it today and i was wondeirng what is that does it make more power he was saying that is like working with a carb but its fuel injected. i have the superram would that do better than the superram? any info would be appreciated thanks very much

like the carburetor intakes they are rated at what rpm the power
needs to be at.
so if you converted a victor junior intake (3000-8000rpm) then you
are looking for power between 3000-8000rpm.
more power when is what your looking for...

Since it's not flowing fuel through the runners it has a little more airflow capability than it's rated at for a carb'd application.

A 4bbl. style intake is a perfectly valid solution if you want to do something different than the TPI intakes.

SuperRam vs. a 4bbl intake? Depends on which 4bbl, intake and what rpm range you need your power in.

cool thanks for the response. so its like having the benefits of a carburator but with fuel injectors? i just had a new setup built suppose to fire the car up today for the first time in 9 months. im hoping to see 11s in the quarter without the use of nos. we ll see... could this intake set up help me get where i want to go? another question i read on another thread what is the slp t-ram intake??? thanks again!

There are no benefits to a carburetor.
