Engine: LB9 305

Transmission: 700R4 3.42 posi rear

tpi 305 performance

for my 88 IROC, i have some performance goodies which include compcams LT1 cam 488-496 inch lift, new roller lifters, valve springs, k&n air filters, accel cap wires and autolite plugs, flowmaster american thunder cat back exhaust and stock L98 heads off a 90 IROC. id like to kno what size the 350 heads are ive been told they may be 64cc but im not sure and id also like to kno with these goodies how much power will i possibly gain? the car is a stock 305 700R4 and 3.42 posi rear

wait... you have stock L98/B2L 350 heads ona 305? and they run? did you have the block clearenced for the valves? The problem with putting on the 350 heads is that teh small bore of the 305 will shroud the combustion chamber and will not work as well as a smaller combustion chamber, say for instance the L98 Alum heads on vettes or ported LB9 or SR 305's...
