need help

Hey everyone im new to the board, i recently purchased two gta trans ams an 88 and an 89, i was wondering if the wiring harnesses/computers are any different for the tpi. also if they are compatible or what it would take to make them compatible. Well thanks in advance and sorry if this has already been posted on.

Are both cars TPI? If so, should be the same since both are MAF, and I *think* '88 GTA's used VAT's too.

yes both are tpi and thanks, also what about the injection from a 92, i found one for cheap and was thinking of using that if it would fit without much hassle. that way i wouldnt have to take the other apart, thanks again

Should be the same "hassle" you'll have with the others, except no MAF to deal with.

But if you can get it for cheap...no reason to not have an extra one laying around

Also, I wonder if what your concerns are, are related to the ECM's? And the plug ins? Use the 165 ECM for the '88 and '89 and the 730 for the '92, to eliminate repinning and BS you have to go through.
