Well, after many long weeks of working when I could, I finally got my new engine running tonight. I must say I am impressed with the HSR and I haven't even driven it yet! Just letting the engine run in my driveway and see how fast it revs in neutral is impressive to me over the old LTR setup I had before.

And dam does this new cam sound NASTY!!! Me likes it alot!!!

Like I said I haven't even gone on a test drive yet because I need to do some simple things first, timing, fuel pressure, min. air, you know all the basics.

I will be posting results of street encounters, track times, and dyno numbers, soon I hope!!

Now all I gotta do is tune this monster...

 

Sounds like a lot of fun!!! I love the smell of a fresh motor burning in... Hopefully, I'll have a similar experience early next spring.
