Removal of stock TPI base

I am having trouble getting the 4 outside edge bolts out of my intake, and suggesttions? I have already twisted off 3 Torx bits, all the others came out easily.

Try some sort of penetrant like PB Blaster or the like. Chances are the intake was leaking and those bolts are the most likely to get corroded and stuck.
