If the injectors are standard Bosch style they will work. You will need to get a custom burned PROM to properly operate them though. Also, you need to know if they are low impedance or not. If they are they won't work. 28lbs/hr is right on the edge of a 400HP motor, but that's good. Having too much injector is bad. Having too little is bad. Having just enough with a small safety margin is right where you want to be.

They'll work just fine, i have a set on my 91 Formula. You do need to know that they are flow rated at 58 PSI and so will have a lower flow at the TPI's 43 psi. Also you'll need a chip burned for the different injector size.

Statflow2 = Statflow1* (SQRT (SysP2/SysP1))

Statflow 1 = injector's rated flow @ given pressure (28 lbs/hr @ 58 psi)
Statflow 2 = actual injector flow rate with proposed new fuel pressure
SysP1 = existing system pressure (58 psi, stock LS1 pressure)
SysP2 = proposed system pressure (43 psi? whatever you're running now)

This formula will let you know the flow characteristics of the injectors in your engine, because they won't be 28 lbs/hr injectors when operating at lower fuel pressure.

Going to the chip burner with this information will result in a much better running engine, and make you look smart too!
