Fuel Pump
Fuel Pump
I am having a problem with what I think is a fuel pump fuse. On a TPI car where is the fuel pump fuse. I tried changing the fuel pump, but that didnt solve anything. The motor turns but doesnt fire up. If it doenst end up being the fuse, what else could it be? I really need to get to the bottom of this.

On the fuse block there are two fuses for the injectors on TPI cars. They are labeled inj.1 and fp/inj.2. FP/INJ2 is the fuse for the fuel pump, there is another 20 amp fuse located in the engine compartment that is the fuel pump relay/ECM. Since you have stated in your post that the engine turns but won't fire, that fuse is ruled out. When you turn the key, do you hear the fuel pump prime. It might also be a bad fuel pump relay which is mounted on the driver side firewall in the engine compartment.
