what sensor?

What is the sensor that goes on the passenger side head?

I noticed I have mine unplugged but no codes are being thrown, so what is it? Should I plug it back in?

There is a Knock sensor and if you have dual fans there will be a heavy duty fan switch in the same area.

Pass side head...Fan switch
Pass side below the head in the block...knock sensor.
