stuck with emissions-which manifold base?

Im one of the unfortunate out on the west coast that has to deal with emissions. Im going to run the super ram plenum and runners, but not sure with base to use: the super ram base, the tpis bigmouth, or edebrocks. There was this guy named jacque out here that ran a 350 vette with the superram on top of and edelbrock base. Regardless of which one its gonna get ported, I just need all the HP I can get to run with the LS1's out here.

As far as I know any base that has provision for EGR valve would be fine. I'm sure someone esle will chime in.

yea i kinda of figured that el capitan all 3 of those have egr. now if i wasnt so close to cali....... the heads are going to be AFR190s, and i figuered to have the base port -matched to the runners and intake ports. the edelbrock base will match up to AFRs right?

I heard the TPIS is basicaly a ported version of Edelbrock. It reportedly flows better and is only $50.00 more. Kind of cheap for a ported intake.
