Okay now since it's starting to warm up a little i want to put on my acell 23 lbs injectors and my holley AFPR. My question is , i know i have to play with the regulator to find the best setting but what is a good pressure setting to start at ?

Thats really a funny question actually.
No one can provide you with a reasonable response, so ignore what is posted.
By tweaking FP and adding aftermarket injectors the only way to know where you stand is by data logging your computers learn function on fueling, to be exact what the BLM readings are.
Everything else is just a guess, dont ignore the truth.
good luck

OMINOUS_87 is absolutely correct on your determining final fuel pressure setting (provided you have that capability). Another tried and proven method is to tune it on a chassis dyno. The 43-45 setting I gave you is just a starting point, and is based strictly on the premise that the factory rating for injectors is typically done at 43.5 PSI fuel pressure and that is approximately where your non-adjustable fuel pressure was usually set when it rolled off the showroom floor for a 3rd Gen F-body. Sorry if I gave the impression my initial setting answer was just that, a starting point and nothing else.

No vern, that's exactly what i was looking for, just a starting point. Since i don't have the capability to log anything period. I know the best way to adjust it is while being dyno'd , but i don't plan on running out right away to the dyno after i install it. Thanks for the thought.
