Miss and loping idle after warmup

We have an 89 305tpi 5 speed. It had started to lope and miss real bad at idle. The whole car would shake. When you drive it as long as you give it gas it doesn't miss but if you are just cruising it starts to miss and luge in and out. We have changed the IAC no change, the TPS is working fine, changed plugs, wires, cap, and rotor button. No check engine light or codes. The car is fine when it's cold. We were thinking maybe bad fuel injectors. What is the correct reading on factory injectors? We read somewhere they should read 16 when they are cold. We changed the fuel pump last year while we we were installing a new gas tank. Again, it does it after warmup not when cold.

Any ideas?

I just bought my first tpi, the iac, tps, O2 all good, but it loped like a cam at idle.

summit racing.com 220 for a set of new injectors, they start to wear out and after it is warm it just doesn't wanna idle.

the new ones went in tonight, and it idled for 30 min and never loaded up or loped.

best of luck.
