12s on stock heads?

I dunno about totally stock, but it's very possible with a port job on the stock heads. You can get a lot of extra power with just a three angle valve job and a mild clean up job.

I'm running mid 12's on a set of alum l98 vette heads with a mild port and polish.It has 1.94 intake 1.5 exhaust valves.It can be done.
