I joined in 2002, but have been on a long hiatus. BTW, i didn't know where to put this. It seemed best here, since my new ride fits the forum...

I just found a totally rust and dent free 1988 IROC-Z with a L98, t-tops, perfect interior, loaded. The incredible thing is, I found it near Chicago, the POS rustbucket car capitol of the nation!!!
It's a real garage queen, well maintained, and even more unbelievable, unmodified!!!

What can I say, other than it was love at first sight!!

I'll be looking to do some stuff to it, but I want to keep it at least looking stock. I've got alot of "I remember those", or "I used to have one like it" comments. Got one "It's an old Camaro, I'll smoke your ***!" from a kid in a stickered-up fart can acura.
He gets credit for being my first ****-boy kill in the 'new' ride!!!
